Items purchased from Zaree Couture are eligible for exchange within 7 days if:
- The item(s) is found damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications displayed at the time of purchase.
How to Claim
- Email photographic evidence of the defective item to sales@zareecouture.com or call us at 0333 1706199 between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
- Notify us of your claim within 3 days of delivery.
- If the claim is approved, the product should be sent back within 7 days of purchase.
Please note: In case of an approved claim, return delivery charges are covered by the customer.
Exchanges are also available at any of our retail stores within 7 days of delivery.
No exchanges or refunds are offered on sale items.
Refunds
Zaree Couture follows a ‘No Refund’ policy, except in rare cases where the item is out of stock. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Processing of returns or refunds may take up to 7 working days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before processing. Zaree Couture reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons like out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined payments by the issuing financial institution.

Zaree Couture reserves the right to deny any claim if the item is returned with damage or missing elements, including price tags, labels, original packaging, or accessories.
